About Me
Hi, my name is Adam Leyland-Simpson.
I have been in the trade for over 9 years.
My Journey began at college, where I studied and learned the hospitality and catering craft. I focused myself on a front of house position first, understanding the importance of serving food to the highest standards.
Over the years I have developed a real passion for cooking challenging myself at any opportunity.
I have now gained experience working at a variety of hotels and restaurants including Michelin.
I also undertook two training programes called Chefs' academy and HIT Training where I received the highest distinction grades.
I have entered competitions such as the nestle proffessionals Toque t'or, where I reached the national heats. In 2018 I applied for the HIT Masterchef competition which I won. Then in 2019 I applied for the regional chef of the year for the north within a prestigious independent hospitality provider, which I won.

A selection of menus of my own creation or the option to create your own menu. I am also available for business or event hire.
